Plead not guilty. $150K bond & changed to $200K (9/29/20). Released to medical facility & charges dismissed. Rebooked & charged (2/5/21) with attempted kidnapping of a child under 14 & 1st degree residential burglary with a person present.
Montana told police an unknown woman entered the residence on Saturday & took his granddaughter from a playpen, where the child was sleeping. A tussle ensued & Mrs. Montana was able to safely pry the child out of the suspect’s arm.

I had a feeling this would be the outcome once the details about this case started to become public. It was so very clear that this lady was not okay and probably didn't want to actually take the child. I hope she's getting the help she needs. It must have been super scary for the family though.
